From The Royal Albert Hall to New York’s Radio City Music Hall: The Final Stop of the
Les Misérables World Tour
Some moments in life feel too special to fully take in while they’re happening. Performing as Éponine in the final stop of the Les Misérables World Tour was one of those moments for me.
The tour took us to some incredible places: Dublin, Birmingham, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and finally New York City, where we brought the journey to a close at Radio City Music Hall.
Looking back now, I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of such a special chapter.
Returning to the role of Éponine after the 40th Anniversary West End production was already a gift. But to take her on the road and perform for audiences in different cities, each with their own energy and connection to Les Misérables, was something I’ll never forget.
We began in Dublin, then travelled to Birmingham before performing at the Royal Albert Hall. Each venue brought its own atmosphere, and every audience reminded me why this story has continued to resonate with people for so many years.
Then came New York.
Radio City Music Hall was the final stop of the tour and the perfect place to bring this chapter to a close. Stepping onto that iconic stage as Éponine felt surreal. It was one of those moments when you have to pause and take in where you are, who you’re with and how far the journey has taken you.
Éponine has been a character I’ve had the privilege of returning to throughout my career. Every time I play her, I discover something new in her longing, courage, vulnerability and unwavering love. She continues to meet me differently at each stage of my life.
This tour really gave me memories I’ll carry with me for a very long time. I’m so grateful to everyone who made it possible: the cast, creatives, musicians, crew, my family, my friends and everyone who came to see us and supported the journey.
And, as always, I’m grateful to God for opening doors I could never have opened for myself.
Performing “On My Own” one final time on that tour, wearing Éponine’s hat and standing on the Radio City stage, was a moment I know I’ll never forget.
Thank you, Les Misérables, for taking me from London to New York annd in between, and for giving me the opportunity to become Éponine again. 💛
